I have used various calculators over the years and I am very impressed with this one. I like that you can save your loan options. You can easily see the amortization and also the graphical output for your amortization. You could easily have. Depending on the property tax and homeowners insurance as well "What if" scenarios with additional payment options

Replaced an excel version that I have used for years. Could even be improved if showing savings when making additional interest payments. (If it already has that feature, then I have yet to discover. )

This app is pretty easy to use and the extra payment analysis is user friendly. My only complaint is the ads, I would be willing to pay a nominal fee for an ad free version...

The interface for this app is very easy to use and well designed. It works great with VoiceOver and is very accessible for the visually impaired.

Some bad moments

It calculates every payment option the same way. Close to a good app.

Has the features I need in simple format without all the extra fluff. Unfortunately, screen does not rotate for iPad and I only view in landscape mode. Uninstalling... Also, wondering if this app is even still being supported? Over a year and a half since last update?

Needs additional parameters and more settings to become the perfect app.

While searching for my first home I used this app constantly to determine how much my monthly payments might be. I tried all sorts of mortgage calculator apps but this was by far my favorite due to ease of use and the multiple options it provides. Highly recommend.

Nowhere to input down payment = useless. I dont want to have to calculate a number in order to use the calculator.

App is good but would be better if there was an at payment number option next to the extra payments field. There is a at payment number option next to a one time extra payment so putting one in the field directly above shouldnt be too difficult. If this happens I will change it to 5 stars!
