Love being able go thru different mortgage scenarios on the fly with summary and full schedules. Highly recommend.

You have to be a complete idiot to think this is any useful without including the down payment. So many are going to be surprised when they didnt account the PMI when not coming up with 20% down. No way to search tax codes or insurance rate percentages. What a joke!

Rounding interest rates to the closest hundredth, is absolutely unacceptable. One should be able to specify 4 1/8% as 4.125, but it rounds down to 4.12.

Simply awesome and easy to use!!!

I am a Real Estate Agent and I love this app. The problem is that it does not allow me to pay to get rid of the ads. Please do that and I will give it 5 stars

This App is a great calculator. It is very accurate. The calculation is great and accurate. I love it.

This is a solid mortgage calculator app. The UI is great, its easy to use, and is very analytical but not too complicated for the average consumer. Maintains accurate statistics and simplicity. If you need to calculate a mortgage, this app is fast, clean, and simple, and I highly recommend it if youre shopping for a mortgage or working with finance.

Great app but there is a typo on the last line of the emailed results that go out. "Repaid" is spelled "Repiad". Please fix!

Ads make this unusable.

This calculator has all of the basic functions that a traditional mortgage calculator should have. It also has the option to add additional payments. Another feature that is included is an ammoritzation schedule.

This calculator is very accurate. It is very easy to use and no complexity. I have been using it for a while now and it never fails. Great App.

This is a handy app for anyone either dealing with a mortgage or dreaming of one. The screen is simple and allows you to run the amortization on your mortgage, factoring in the interest rate, loan period, extra payments, extra tax payments and so on. Im loving the way the latest version of the app looks on the iPad. I can also email myself the mortgage calculation which is also helpful.

Does the same as the rest out there. Was hoping you could do multiple additional payments at payment # or even an option for additional payments starting at # till end of loan

I love this app because it makes life easier when calculating quick deals BUT this app really needs a interest only feature to be outstanding.

This app is really easy to use and accurate. The only drawback is the lack of additional fields to calculate total payment, i.e. HOA fees, condo fees, etc. where they could be customized.

I cant see the property fields to enter data nor view the apps calculations. Ive this app off and on for three years, but now will be looking for another option.

Id like to see a variable extra payment so when I make a $100 payment this month and have extra money make $200 next month it calculates. I would like to see HOA, condo, etc. The graph page needs a legend.

Just downloaded; the ads get it the way of saving the entries or clearing the input. Semi-useful with the ads placed as they are.
