This calculator is simple, and very easy to quickly shows what the payment will be. I love it.

This app does a lot to calculate a mortgage payment (i.e. PMI). The only that it is missing is calculating extra payment at payment # ____. It only calculates extra payments for that month #, not going forward from that month number. If it fixed that, it would be the perfect/simplest mortgage calculator app.

Having ads cover up buttons is...not helpful. Otherwise a good app.

Useless app. A banner ad covers the buttons that make the calculations.

Great app but requires an option to allow folks to sync with their current loan balance... can set start dat to past - good. can sync with the start date of the existing mortgage. can add one time payment on payment number x - good. can make An adjustment to sync with your todays mortgage balance.. But from today on If I wish to pay extra $xxxx to regular payment, not possible. it adds from the start date, so ammortorization table gets screwed . nice to have option to sync existing mortgaglike start extra payment from...

This is exactly what Ive been looking for. I needed to figure bi-weekly payments with property taxes. This is the best Ive found. A big thanks to the creators.

So easy to use. Big numbers and display screen. I really like for simple calculations. My phone came with a pre-installed calculator that was awful. Thus one is much better.

I love this calculator, seriously! It makes this annoying house buying process a bit easier. We have been looking for a house for a few weeks now out here in Dallas and its been a chore. Our agent will give us the figures of the homes as we view them since she knows our price range but its hard to get accurate amounts sometimes. So now I just use this mortgage calculator app for accurate information when we look at houses instead of trying to pull up a website calculator. This thing saves me a lot of time and I can trust seeing the numbers myself relying on the agent.

Ive been using the website for months. Glad to see there is an app now. I Stoll find the web site to be easier but the app is well designed.really nice app

Tried many loan calculators but nothing is as good. Goves monthly and annaul summary of payments. Visually clear graphics

Responsive developer. I really like that you can add on extra monthly fees...like say for an escrow acct or HOA fees, insurance, etc... Nice job and VERY USEFUL! LOL

If you are a realtor or loan officer you must have it. It is great and works. This is a helpful tool to find out what you can afford.So nice app:)

Great for estimating your monthly costs when buying a house and This app has help me quickly when sitting with buyers and in a pinch over financing. This program graphs and calculates exactly the way a real estate agent needs!

By far the best mortgage app that lets you add your taxes, insurance, and extra payments.

Great app that calculates overpayments to shorten the length of your mortgage. Only flaw is the interest rate rounds to 2 decimal places so you have to re-enter it every time or else the calculation is off. The rates I were using were 3.875 and 3.625 and it would round them to 3.88 and 3.62. The rates would work after a calculate but you go back to adjust anything and it will use the rounded rate throwing everything off.
