Good utility app, would be better if : - French decimal (, comma) is correctly taken in the inputs - the keyboard doesnt mask the calculate button (or an easy way to lower the keyboard)

Good app, with intuitive interface, and many mortgage options and settings. But there is no print and the only sharing option is e-mail, where you can not include full repayment plan nor chart. Lastly, there is an adv banner I couldnt find a way to remove.

I have used various calculators over the years and I am very impressed with this one. I like that you can save your loan options. You can easily see the amortization and also the graphical output for your amortization. You could easily have. Depending on the property tax and homeowners insurance as well "What if" scenarios with additional payment options

Replaced an excel version that I have used for years. Could even be improved if showing savings when making additional interest payments. (If it already has that feature, then I have yet to discover. )

Easy to use

This app is pretty easy to use and the extra payment analysis is user friendly. My only complaint is the ads, I would be willing to pay a nominal fee for an ad free version...

The interface for this app is very easy to use and well designed. It works great with VoiceOver and is very accessible for the visually impaired.

It calculates every payment option the same way. Close to a good app.

Its legitimate. Not too many adds. As usual buyer beware definitely need to comparison shop never rely strictly on one source of information. Good luck.‼️

Good but need options to set rate decimals

Fix it. Good app however it has been force closing as soon as I hit calculate. Its great when it works and I need it to work. Please kindly my good people FIXT IT I am begging.

This has been an awesome app that I have used for quite awhile...but most of the time now its force closing when you try to calculate...I think it may do it when no wifi but works when I do have wifi?? At any rate..please fix it! iPad mini 2

Very straightforward and efficiently designed mortgage calculator. They only negative I see is a advertising banner which I will try to disable.

While searching for my first home I used this app constantly to determine how much my monthly payments might be. I tried all sorts of mortgage calculator apps but this was by far my favorite due to ease of use and the multiple options it provides. Highly recommend.

Simple & quick to get useful info. The only improvement I would suggest is to have the schedule start with the real date vs just sequentially numbered weeks.

This is a very helpful tool. I like the extra payment input option, but if there was an option for multiple extra payments made at different times that would be even more helpful.
